"Bakit po?" [a bad customer service]

disclaimer: entire conversation is in "Tagalog".
As someone who works in a call center, "customer service" is what the organization offers, whatever the situation, the cliche "the customer is always right" is always observed.
Unfortunately for this girl, Katherine Rosana, her call was monitored... and she is about to become popular. *lols.
This is not about humiliation, this is about being aware of how an agent should be to test one's competence and patience. Being an agent is not easy as what other people think, anyway.
My observations:
1. Katherine Rossana (did i spell that right?) forgot to press her "mute" button, so the guy heard the cussing.
2. The agent lost her composure which resulted to panic.
3. Frustrated people may utter bad words indirectly or otherwise toward service agents, to which, one cannot simply proclaim morality.
4. The guy has considered taking advantage of the panicked condition of the girl, instead he focused on manipulating her more (which he enjoyed) rather than what he had called about.
5. I am not on the agent's side, she should have shown conviction on what she can and cannot do for the guy, after all, it does happen, it can also to anyone who has job like hers.
** still, it made everyone laugh.

oh, i'm sorry..
i wish I could make an english version of it but I guess the humor in it may not sound real as it should, yknow.
I know, right..? =)
this was even shown in a local news show.. my teammate was a friend of the guy caller back in college, they talked and the caller said that the girl may be banned from any call center.
that's pretty sad.
and yeah... PLDT must really be having their PR problems now. *lols.
This is just sad. Just imagine the consequences to our dear pinoy agents when this thing happens to reach foreign ears. Inadvertently, this thing will cause trouble to BPOs. Tsk tsk. Shall I say "goodluck" to call center agents and congratulations to the culprit who circulated this?
